VISION
A century-old brick church becomes the foundation for something greater. We saw opportunity where others might see constraint—transforming sacred ground into secular solutions that honour both past and future. Our vision weaves 185 social and affordable homes through existing heritage, creating spaces where essential workers, seniors, and women over 55 can build lasting connections.
We opened up the street level with generous glazed spaces that invite daily interaction. Greenery cascades from terraces and balconies, softening hard edges while creating natural meeting points. Ministry infrastructure sits alongside childcare, forming an integrated precinct where community can flourish. Each element serves the whole—from rooftop gardens to ground-floor activation.
