This is a story about beginning, a city rising beside a creek that has long guided the land. Our design respects that line. We opened the site along its natural corridor, allowing the buildings to follow water, not erase it.

From this gesture grew a community of five towers across three buildings, drawn around open space. Each mass shifts and breathes, reading the landscape rather than dominating it. A composition that mirrors Bradfield’s ambition, urban energy grounded in Country, strategically positioned at Western Sydney’s new metro connection and shaped through collaboration with Traditional Owners, anchor tenants, and key authorities to deliver the hotels, supermarket and public infrastructure this emerging city needs.

From the outset, this was a collaborative and landscape-led process. We shaped form and function through deep listening and shared intent with Country, community and constraint. The creek emerged as a cultural threshold, marking the edge of what has been forgotten and the beginning of what can be restored and celebrated.

Through extensive consultation—spanning the State Design Review Panel, Traditional Owner groups, Sydney Water, Transport for NSW, Western Sydney International Airport, and anchor tenants for the hotel and supermarket—we aligned infrastructure, ecology and activation across every scale. Design workshops translated operational needs into planning controls, ensuring these offerings serve both employment and community while activating the public realm.

Around the creek, we shaped a network of homes, hotels, a tavern, childcare and supermarket, each opening to shared public space. A new plaza forms a civic counterpoint to the creek, balancing the urban grain with a place to gather, pause and connect.
