VISION

Arada’s first move outside New South Wales needed a Gold Coast landmark. A prime Broadbeach corner opposite the Convention Centre, close to a thousand homes, and a building that reads as coastal rather than as an imported skyline

SOLUTION

We started with the sun. The southern tower reads in warm gold, drawn from the beaches; the taller northern tower turns to bronze, catching the city. Rounded corners and curtain wall glazing soften both forms, while sculptural openings cut lightness and depth into the façades. At the base, an arched podium opens into a landscaped atrium anchored by a single palm, drawing daylight down through the development and giving Broadbeach a way in.
