Since 2017, he’s built Plus Studio’s Geelong presence from the ground up—delivering projects from concept through to completion and managing teams with attention to the details that make or break buildability. His work spans affordable housing and mixed-use development across regional Victoria, reimagining density as opportunity.

Born and raised in Geelong, Dominic mentors emerging architects through his involvement with Deakin University’s Waterfront campus and as an active AIA EmAGN Vic Committee Member.
