Marella Featured in the Courier Mail

Our third design collaboration with Mosaic Property Group, Marella has captured attention once again; this time in The Courier Mail’s Developing Queensland feature.

Developed and constructed by Mosaic Property Group, the 30-storey tower delivers 98 ocean-facing residences and penthouses in the heart of Broadbeach. It’s the second completed project between our teams, following Dawn in Mermaid Beach, with Lily, its neighbouring tower, set to finish later this year.

Marella reflects that ongoing partnership. Its sculptural form catches the golden light that moves across the coastline, expressed through angled straight elements that give the façade its soft, fluid character.
