Property Council Australia’s 500 Women in Property Cohort announced
News 01 Jul 2026
Bianca Lombardo and Jacey Raner have been selected for the 500 Women in Property program, a mentorship initiative run by the Property Council of Australia designed to connect emerging and mid-career women professionals with leaders across the property sector.

Associate Bianca Lombardo is moving into leadership and wants to empower her team and the communities they serve. Jacey Raner, our Digital Marketing Lead, is asking how digital channels can build genuine desirability for architecture in the wider world. Each will work with a director-level sponsor throughout the year to build their networks and develop their perspective on how the industry actually works at scale.

“Great projects are grounded in the communities they serve, and successful delivery is driven by supported teams. My focus here is to empower people, strengthen teams and create better project outcomes.”

The program matters because it sits at the gap between what you can learn inside one practice and what you need to know to move through an industry. Mentorship that crosses practices, studios, and disciplines is rare in architecture. Access to how women have built influence — their networks, their decision-making, the conversations they’re in — shapes what’s possible next.

“Built environment professionals hold some of the most consequential thinking about how we live. Most of it stays between us. Digital channels can help us change that.”

We’re proud to see Bianca and Jacey taking this on. It’s good for them, and it’s good for Plus Studio.
