Located primarily in our studio based in a vibrant Geelong CBD location, our team are passionate about delivering great projects, building solid relationships with our clients, and, importantly, doing this all while fuelled by good coffee.Plus Studio was originally formed in 1997 to deliver arguably one of Melbourne’s largest master planning projects, NewQuay. We continue to be involved in the design and delivery of key design projects of significance across Victoria.

Role overview:
Plus’ Geelong Studio is looking for creative, driven experienced graduates to join our team on projects ranging from boutique to large-scale.We value versatility across sectors and stages, but above all, a sharp eye for design and detail.This role offers excellent growth opportunities and clear pathways to registration.The successful candidate will be required to work from Melbourne Studio on a regular basis for events/training sessions etc.

Key Responsibilities:
· Support project design, documentation, coordination, and delivery under guidance of Senior/Project Architect.
· Track tasks and provide accurate weekly progress reports.
· Develop and deliver complete work packages on time and to agreed standards.
· Assist with communication and coordination with stakeholders.
· Work productively in a team environment.
· Produce high-quality 2D and 3D visuals for client presentations.

Requirements:
· 3+ years post graduate experience.
· Proficiency in Revit.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
· Proficiency in Sketch Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, or 3D Modelling software.
· Proficiency in Enscape, Lumion, Vray, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine or visualisation software.
· Confidence and ability to work creatively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· A strong work ethic and rigour around design processes.
· Appreciation for quality design and pride in their work.
