Why You’ll Love It Here
We are designers for the built environment—delivering solutions that are equal parts big picture and small details. Drawing on 28 years of expertise, we understand how to push the limits of creativity without breaking them. With 11 studios across Australia and New Zealand, we have the capability too.
Plus Studio in Christchurch was established in 2015 and recently celebrated ten years of design excellence. Centrally located, our South Island studio has experienced rapid growth and continues to go from strength to strength. Our talented, friendly team is committed to delivering forward-thinking, locally minded projects that service the community’s needs. We draw on the expertise of 220+ creatives across Australasia, while fostering a tight-knit, supportive culture.
Our commitment to design is simple: we don’t do ugly. Every project we undertake is thoughtful, intentional, and built to last, designed with care because great work is about how it makes people feel. We achieve this by letting the left and right brain work together, finding the magic at the intersection of rigorous fact and emotional storytelling. We are all in, every time, applying a thoughtful and rigorous approach to ensure every idea, from the boldest to the smallest refinement, stands up, stacks up, and shines.
Great work doesn’t happen in isolation. We see ourselves as co-creators, working side by side. No egos, no silos—just a shared commitment to making something extraordinary. When we move as one, we create places that work better, feel better, and bring people together.
This is a place where your initiative is celebrated, your intelligence is respected, and your contribution plays a vital part in our collective success.
