Learning Together, Nationally

Every building we design in Australia sits on Country that holds tens of thousands of years of knowledge, and NAIDOC Week and National Reconciliation Week are two moments each year that remind us of that responsibility. Across both weeks, our studios marked the occasion in their own way.

In WA, our team spent an evening painting with Creative Native, led by Walpiri and Anmatjerre artist Johnny Jangala.

In VIC, we visited an exhibition and film screening celebrating First Nations art and storytelling, alongside the First Peoples Art and Design Market.

In NSW, we hosted a Lunchtime Film Squad session on The First Inventors, with an open panel alongside Matt from JMP also on the calendar this week.

And in QLD, our RAP Committee spoke on the significance of the week, followed by morning tea.
